We welcome every opportunity to review and quote the cost for your new project. However, for clients who prefer to ballpark fees prior to requesting a quote, we offer our fee schedule for assistance. Contact Tom Dean for a current rate card. So that we can prepare an accurate quote, when preparing your disclosure, provide as much of the following information as is available. Your disclosure may consist of one of more computer files. Do not be concerned about the file formats of your disclosure documents. We can read most common and not so common documents as well as all industry standard CAD/CAM and Graphic formats. Also, there are no size limitation. Click upload online disclosure now, then follow the instructions provided for a "secure upload" of files to our file server. You should expect an acknowledgement of your
request and follow up call and or email within 24 hours. We strongly advise the use of a signed non disclosure
agreement before sending us or any other party information of
a confidential nature. For convenience a Shipped Deliveries Physical deliveries should be sent to our main office address below or to our PO box. Clients are responsible for insurance against loss or damage to prototypes and for return shipping costs. Delivery and Payment Terms Delivery notification of completed services is sent via email. Deliverables are typically prepared as an Adobe Acrobat® file, which is easily downloadable from our secure file server. Payment is due with delivery.
